March 6th

The March 6th program included world-renowned speakers such as M. Vivier – Stellenbosch University, I. Filippetti – Universitá di Bologna and V. Sotés –UPM among others who shared the latest scientific results of the research conducted worldwide with LalVigne MATURE and LalVigne AROMA, as well as other information of interest regarding the process of ripening and composition of the grapes.

Attendees were able to note the positive effect of these applications on the composition of the grape, based on the plant response with key enzymes  involved in the secondary metabolism, resulting in an increase of the skin thickness and accumulation of positive compounds.

March 7th

On March 7th we visited Finca Constancia.
During the visit to the vineyard led by José Ramón Lissarrague (UPM), attendees expanded their knowledge of Spanish viticulture and field results with LalVigne applications.
Subsequently, through a sensory workshop led by Norrel Robertson MW, we tasted international wines in which we could see the positive impact of LalVigne MATURE and LalVigne AROMA on the balance and quality of the wines, proving their usefulness for winemakers and winemakers facing the challenge of climate change.
