Travelling around Southern Spain
Last week our Spanish team travelled around Southern Spain (Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Almendralejo and Jumilla) for a week of LalVigne Conferences with Julio Prieto.
Various topics were discussed about the jobs carried out in the vineyard in Spring, such as green pruning, trimming, soil management; Also, aspects related to winter pruning in relation to training systems and production objectives were explained
Presentation of various LalVigne trials
Javier Téllez from Lallemand Oenology showed and explained to the participants various trials carried out with LalVigne products, which focus on reducing the impact of global warming, limiting the effect of water and heat stress and improving the balance of the vineyard and the quality of the grape to ensure wine quality.
